Time for a Heart-to-Heart

Like the night sky, we’re a perfect combination of darkness and light, awareness and ignorance, subconscious and consciousness—polarities dancing together to some cosmic tune.

Humans are 97% stardust. Since we’re made of stars, connecting to ourselves is how we align with the Universe. During these times of uncertainty, when the unknown is overpowering and life’s dark, what if conversing with our stardust selves brings us back into the light?

Manifestation boils down to having a heart-to-heart with ourselves.

A year ago, I worked with a branding professional. We got super clear on what exactly I’m doing, what I am offering, and what I have to share. And it’s so much more than astrology.

Yes, I’ll give you one of the best astrology readings out there, but honestly, my work invites you to remember what you already know. As much as I love sharing insights, I’d do this if no one was following. Because everything I share, I use in my own life.

For 15 years, I’ve built an alternative lifestyle and integrated this energetic awareness into my realm. In those branding sessions, we explored all the aspects of my work and my life, things like writing, travelling, movement, community, teaching, playing, and, most importantly, creating; we came up with what my work truly is about, and it's a call to live cosmically.

Let’s live cosmically.

We’re the entire universe, and the only solution for this next era is to live like the shining stars that we are. It’s not a fluffy concept or a sparkly catchline; it’s realistic and literal.

We can create alternatives for ourselves; it’s possible, and even though it’s scary, we can do it. We don't have to fear the future if we know we create it.

We can dream our lives into form and choose the dimension we want to exist within. It sounds a little more etheric than what I usually write because, for years, I aimed to be human, grounded, practical and make sense of the universe.

But now, living cosmically, rising above the density of reality, and taking in the larger view is the path. We’re at a new trailhead. As we begin this hike, let’s take in the sky and remember we’re part of an entire solar system within a larger universe. Actions like looking at Deep Hubble photos or reading about quantum physics paint a whole different masterpiece beyond our physical form and the problems associated with it.

I wrote a YA book about living cosmically, loving our cycles and creating our realities. This book chose me to write it, not the other way around. But from a human perspective the publishing process and the odds of making it, defeated me. I was talking to a friend of mine in August about it. I shared how much I love my book, and so many people will benefit from it. She reminded me to live from a different frequency. She suggested saying to the Universe, “If you want this to exist, make it happen!”

How it’s coming together is a story for another post. To summarize, I moved to the other side of the world, followed my heart to a library, which led me to a writing community that linked me with the opportunity to work with a publisher. There are still details to finalize, but it’s happening in a way my mind couldn’t conceptualize.

The book is about a young girl speaking to the stardust within her through her diary. I can’t tell you how many days I wrote in my journal, asking for help publishing the book, asking for guidance, and thanking the Universe for supporting me, even when I didn’t see how. And just like in my main character’s life, the Universe responded.

Self-reflection is a sanctuary, a communion, and a safe space. As we enter the unknown and our fears are intense, here’s a reminder to exchange with yourself. Invite the stardust into your inner dialogue, and watch how life responds.
