Lately, the skies are full of pivotal transits. The Universe is an extension of the stardust molecules within you, and it's a full-on experience right now. Yet, here we are, living through it and continuing to breathe life into each moment. I keep reminding myself that I signed up for this wild ride. It's not a coincidence that we incarnated at this time in history. Plus, if we are consciously aware and willing to follow the story of the stars, this is more than simply a struggle through retrogrades, Eclipses and crunchy transits.
Instead, what if we are stars? Each of us is a VIP guest invited to attend the legendary cycles unfolding on this planet. What if we were hand-selected as one of the best characters for the all-star round, like Survivor or Big Brother? Could this be the lifetime of all lifetimes, where we reunite, let go of karmic hurts, and choose to change the story for ourselves and the entire Universe? Earth isn't an isolated planet. Looking up at the sky proves there's so much more out there. What if we choose to lean into a cosmic narrative?
I once read that the entire Universe is getting brighter. What if Earth is the micro of a macro expansion happening for all existence? What if a thrilling, high-league level of play is happening here, and we are those top-tier athletes selected to give it our best go? What if the people in our reality and the lessons playing out are the culmination of lifetimes of karma? And we are writing a new ending? Could that make it less heavy and more exciting? Does that bring potential into the space, even if things feel too much?
New options want to find us, but we need to make some room for them. In a way, life is sifting through people, places and things. What's falling away isn't exactly leaving forever unless you want it to. But still, for us humans, when something changes, we grip onto it, it can feel jarring, and we can worry about where it's going and if it's all our fault.
What if we imagine this ripe energy is like a grocery cart of items we've selected from the shelves? We must empty the cart and place items on the cash register to purchase them. For something to be ours, we have to let it go temporarily. We have to detach and know that the cashier will scan the item, bag it up for us, and we will be leaving with it. But as we look at our life emptying right now, it's easy to forget this.
At the same time, if there are items in our cart we decide we don't want, we can put them back. Also, you can run and grab something you've forgotten. The idea is that we haven't checked out yet. We haven't pulled out our credit cards and paid. Life can feel like a lot right now, but it's full of potential, and we have time to make the final purchase decisions.
No matter what we choose, we leave the store with things we can now call our own. Even if we are still in line, the checkout is inevitable. This emptying takes us a step closer to bringing home what's ours, and even if it feels intense right now, remember you're an all-star, and you've got this.
Stars don't shine alone in the sky; they connect and create constellations. I'm here for you; if you are looking for support, respond to this email and let me know what's unfolding in your life. Or, if you want to go deep into space and book a session, my calendar is open, and I have lots of availability in North American and European time zones.
Here's what one of my clients said after their session:
Shannon! You're so amazing!! Totally spot on to how I've been feeling, even how it was in the past and how much I feel the energy shifted this year. You're honestly a world-class star! We're lucky to have you. 🌟
In other exciting news and opportunities to shine together, I’ve joined the Retreat Team at Shell Beach Surf Shop. This summer, I was considering hosting a retreat in Nicaragua, which I now call home. So, when invited to be the Wellness teacher at The Between Sand and Sea Yoga & Surf Retreat in Nicaragua from February 1-8, 2025, I knew heaven lined up for me.
This event has all fallen into place so coolly, and I'm excited to invite each of you. It's all about sharing this country that has so much heart. From fresh foods to yoga, surf classes and exploring Nicaragua, this experience will be effortless and easy. We've got the best of the best lined up, and I would love for you to be my guest!
I know some people can feel like Nicaragua is a far away, exotic, mysterious place, but it's one of Latin America's safest countries, and we've got everything planned out; Managua is the capital, an easy flight from Miami, LA, or Houston.

What a beautiful analogy for these energies. Thank you so much for this perspective. While everything has been feeling like positive change, it can be a lot when it's in process, and make you feel a little uneven when those things start emptying out of your cart, or, say, someone offers to help you carry the groceries to the car when you expected to have to juggle them all yourself.
Thanks so much for your insights. 💖
