Well, That Was Something
Recapping 2024 & space for it all in 2025.
It’s the end of an intense year, energetically speaking, and we’ve all made it through something.
Lately, I love the simple things, like smiles from strangers, trees, a sunrise, snuggles, a good cry, and the spot at a coffee shop that opened up just as I tucked in to write this post. But here’s to taking some love and sharing it with ourselves.
We don’t need to resolve anything, even if it is a new year. Instead, we need to receive the fullness of who we are. Let’s pause to feel our breath moving through our bodies and our beating hearts. Look in the mirror to take in your own eyes. We are so full of life. Feel the space within you, knowing you’re made of the same stuff as the stars. Instead of hitting goals or changing things, can we be here now as we are? Simply living, whether that’s messy, stressed, happy or whatever else appears.
What if everything was as it should be? What if an area that seems off is just in transition? Like kinks working out below the surface? What if those extra pounds were here to keep us warm during the winter, or those debts reminded us of our generosity this holiday season? Beating ourselves into new routines and rushing to clean up a mess isn't aligned with the current cosmic transits. The celestial bodies have a broader perspective. Astrologically, the New Year begins in March, and we’re also in thick retrograded vibes. There’s a call to recap, release, rethink, and reflect on all we’ve created.
I’ve written about the Universe for 14 years, but in 2024, the words felt better than ever. Since you’re here reading, a massive thank you! The thing about my work is that it’s timeless. I recently had a client tell me she relistens the recordings of our sessions like an oracle, scrolling through and stopping at random places to see what message she receives. There’s a lot about what I share that I don’t logically understand, something just seems to pour out of me. But I know my offerings are layered and not isolated experiences expiring once algorithms flush something newer onto our screens. In the spirit of recaps and highlights, even though the zodiac year starts in March, I rounded up my favourite quotes and glimmers of stardust from this year’s posts.
2024 Article Highlights
What goes around always comes around. As a teenager, I loved 1970s-style clothing, and my Mom would tell me how she used to wear the same things. I know how she felt when I saw cargo pants, bucket hats, and chunky platforms in stores. Trends cycle and circle through, and that's the vibe of the current energies. There's a nostalgia in the air, like thinking back to Blockbuster Video, cassette tapes or your childhood toys. It's fun to remember how things were. Still, we can't go back there, even if the comfort and familiarity are so tempting
Love what's in front of you, not the fantasy version of the past your brain sells you. Letting go also allows these cycles to play out. What goes around does come back around, but as humans, our job is to detach. If you are grieving the loss of something you love, who knows, maybe it's not entirely gone and will come back around, just like 90s fashion. - Feeling Nostalgic
The visual I have for 2025 is a vault opening; these celestial bodies are moving in perfect alignment, providing a combination that unveils all sorts of golden treasures previously locked away. You’ve got the combination to the vault. You are the solution, and the stardust in your DNA is coded just for these times. There’s a reason you’re here reading these words and alive on Earth. I know it might feel hopeless, yet the storyline is shifting in our favor. But, like a well-written book, we won’t see the coming plot twists. -2025, and the Rest of Your Life Starts Now
So, if you don't want to cry anymore but face all the feelings, try laughing at life. What if it is just some cosmic joke, a paradox created to get us to the point where we surrender and admit that we have no idea what's going on with anything? From there, we can experience innovation and solutions. -Will You Laugh or Cry?
If we align with ourselves, the Universe can take care of everything else. If we genuinely decide to have our own backs, then we've got an ally in this game of life. -Have You Changed, Too?
Change becomes a lot scarier when we believe it's our job to manage it. What if, instead, your responsibility is to find a natural rhythm? What if you didn't try to fix anything wrong but focused on what feels right? Like adding more time outside, fresh foods, or swimming in some water? What if you meditate and visualize yourself in a forest? Do not underestimate how revolutionary connecting to natural elements can be for our human experience. - Ready For Some Fun?
You don't have to ignore time, but you can start paying attention to the sky. Watch the sunset and welcome the new day with a sunrise. Follow the Full Moon. Notice where Jupiter is in the sky and how it travels each night. Or take it a step further and live seasonally, eating local foods instead of imported luxuries. You could tune into the rhythms of your body's cycle, rest when needed, and act when inspired. -Feeling New Timelines?
Instead, what if we are stars? Each of us is a VIP guest invited to attend the legendary cycles unfolding on this planet. What if we were hand-selected as one of the best characters for the all-star round, like Survivor or Big Brother? Could this be the lifetime of all lifetimes, where we reunite, let go of karmic hurts, and choose to change the story for ourselves and the entire Universe? Earth isn't an isolated planet. Looking up at the sky proves there's so much more out there. What if we choose to lean into a cosmic narrative? - What If We’re the Stars?

Now is the season to go into the darkness, center and ask yourself these questions. Ask them with curiosity, an open heart and even excitement. When we relax, we lighten the darkness, which is the sweet spot. We’re in a space between realms, between an ending and a beginning. This moment of emergence is where creation lives. When a seed enters a dark womb, life is born.
Don’t buy into the fear. Let’s admit it: We’ve been desperate for change. Something had to give; we couldn’t keep on that way. What if we’re witnessing the fire leading us to our desired renovations or the breakdown leading to our best selves? -What’s Your Stardust Saying?
